Data we collect

This is a showcase website: it has no customer accounts, forms or online ordering, so we do not directly collect personal data. Like any website, our host records technical logs (IP address, date and page viewed) for security and to keep the site running.

Cookies and third-party services

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not currently use an audience-measurement tool. The map on the home and “Find us” pages is provided by Google Maps: when it loads, Google may receive your IP address and set cookies under its own privacy policy. Links to Instagram and TikTok take you to those platforms, which apply their own rules.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and French data-protection law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us by phone or by post at the company’s registered office. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Updates

This policy may change as the site evolves (for example, if online ordering is added). The last update date is the date this page was last modified.
